Monday with the Chef
ATLANTA - It’s Monday morning and I’m in the grocery store buying for my first customer of the day who lives in Buckhead and who prefers pasta and fine cuts of meat.
The customer and I recently sat down and went over a menu to his liking which includes filet mignon - prepared rare and broiled, deep dishes of pasta and many many fresh colorful and complementary vegetables.
Tailoring each meal to the customers needs is my specialty and something I enjoy.
